FAQ
Shipping Policy
- All U.S. orders will be shipped within approximately one week. For international orders, shipping times will vary by country.
- If you have not received an email confirmation within one week of placing your order, please check your spam or promotions folder.
- All orders will have a 3-5 day production fulfillment time period. This means we will fulfill your order within 3-5 days and ship it out. Depending on where you live, it may take additional days on top of the 3-5 days for you to receive your order.
- Shipping may vary by fulfilment partner (UPS, Canada Post, and or FedEx)
Refunds/Exchanges
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
- To initiate a return, please contact us at CoffeeCoffeeSociety@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange request. Once we review your request and approve the return, we will provide detailed instructions on how to return the product.
- Customers are responsible for following the return instructions, and upon receiving the returned item, we will process a refund for the original order. Please note that we do not offer exchanges. If you'd like a different size or item, you can place a new order after receiving the refund
- We have a two-week return policy. This means that if you do not contact us within two weeks of receiving your order, we will be unable to process any return requests.
Shipping Provider
- We are not responsible if there is an issue with the shipping carrier.
- If a customer provides an incorrect or invalid shipping address, we are unable to intervene, as the address information is submitted directly by the customer during the order process.
- In the event that an invalid address is provided and the package is returned to our facility, the customer MUST contact us via email regarding their order. Once we receive the returned package, we will process a refund.
- Please note that any refunds will cover the total cost of the order, excluding the shipping fee.
Care Instructions
- Wash cold, inside out, with gentle detergent
- 400GSM hoodies don't need to be washed frequently - spot clean when possible
- Avoid ironing directly, cover with cloth over it
- Try to avoid bleach and fabric softeners to preserve the premium fleece texture.
- Note: Washing or drying on high heat will cause shrinkage
- Best to air dry on a flay clean surface, due to heaviness if hung it may stretch
- If used in drier machine, use low heat and remove while slightly damp, gently reshape it and let it finish air drying flat
